New Digs for #TeamJerkens
The Centennial Farm team heads into fall off of an exciting couple of weeks! We are thrilled with our four new additions, purchased at the prestigious Keeneland September Sale, and our Belmont-based horses have settled into a brand new barn. Stay tuned for more information on our newest offering.
While the Centennial Team was busy in Lexington, the Jimmy Jerkens team was busy in New York! Our horses in training, led by millionaire Wicked Strong, stayed in Saratoga Springs a little longer than usual while the New York Racing Association put the finishing touches on a newly renovated barn at Belmont Park. They did a phenomenal job. Located equidistance from the main track and training track where Jimmy Jerkens can easily utilize both surfaces, the new barn is much sleeker than the old one. Updated walls and flooring will make it easy to maintain and its size allows for jogging if the weather becomes an issue. The horses are relaxed and happy in its quiet location, complete with a spacious grazing area. The adjacent video lets you take a quick peak inside!
