Overview

City of Light has already stamped himself as one of the nation’s leading sires with champion Fierceness to his credit, in addition to our own Illuminare and Enlighten. This colt, purchased at the 2024 Keeneland September Yearling Sale, hails from the deep, consistent family of Breeders’ Cup winner Spain. Ownership interests are available through the 2024 Commonwealth, LLC.

He settled at the Middleburg Training Center for his early training and has been made eligible for the lucrative Virginia Residency Program.  Arriving May 24 to the Todd Pletcher string in Saratoga, this colt is one of the first two-year-olds to ship from the farm to the racetrack.
